Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy:
A flat freight rate applies per product, per location, and per design. Shipments are dispatched using the most economical carrier for delivery anywhere in Australia, including regional areas.
Authority to Leave (ATL): If the delivery address is unattended, goods may be left in a safe place at the courier’s or our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing. All samples are sent with ATL.
Dispatch Dates: The dispatch date provided on the Sales Order Confirmation or via email is the latest shipping date; goods may be shipped earlier unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping is contingent upon:

Timely approval of artwork

Deposit/final balance payment received on time

Account being within standard trading terms
Additional Freight Charges May Apply If:

Express shipping or a specific carrier is required

Split shipments exceed five destinations

Large or fragile orders require pallet shipping, and the recipient cannot accept pallets

Redelivery is necessary due to address errors, absence at delivery, or changes after dispatch
