Terms of Trade: Orders will only be processed upon receipt of a 50% deposit unless you hold an approved account within our standard trading terms. The remaining balance is payable upon dispatch. For account holders, our trading terms are 30 days from the invoice date.

Prices: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed online or in our price list supersede all previous prices. Prices do not include GST. Title ownership of goods remains with the seller until full payment is received.

Samples: Samples are supplied at the 500-unit blank stock price plus freight. Returns of samples are not accepted. Orders exceeding two units per product will be charged as a blank stock order.

Pre-Production Samples: Pre-production samples will be charged at the minimum order price as indicated under pricing.

Overs and Unders: We reserve the right to under-ship or over-ship by 5% for decorated products and will charge accordingly.

Claims / Returns: Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. A stock return number is required for returns. No goods will be accepted for return without prior approval or after 30 days. Goods decorated by third parties or with damaged packaging cannot be returned. We may choose to credit the value of faulty goods or provide an unprinted replacement at our discretion.

Delivery to Third Parties: Orders delivered to third parties must be checked by the recipient upon arrival. We are not responsible for lost goods, incorrect products decorated by third parties, or damage caused by third-party decorators.

Indent Orders: A 50% deposit is required for indent orders. The deposit requirement may vary based on account status. Non-account holders must pay the deposit and full payment before dispatch.

Cancelled Orders: If an order is canceled after artwork preparation, a $30 artwork preparation fee will be charged. If production has started, additional charges for packaging, repackaging, and film (for printed items) will apply.
