Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy:
Claims for damaged or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. A stock return number must be obtained. No goods will be accepted for return without prior approval or after 30 days. Goods decorated by anyone other than The Premier Collection or those with damaged packaging are not eligible for return. We may choose to credit the value of faulty goods or supply an unprinted like-for-like replacement at our discretion.
Refunds:
Refunds will only be processed if the goods are deemed faulty or not as described and cannot be replaced with a suitable alternative. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
